Mostly Leftovers

Rain drove me back to the house shortly after getting out yesterday. I spent the time going through photos from the previous day. Selecting these leftovers. The rain stopped and in the late afternoon I got out again and visited an Osprey nest for the last shots in today’s post. It’s Friday. Hope ya’ll have a great weekend…

  1. As usual the leftovers are pretty tasty!
To see the osprey carrying a simple stick like that you wouldn’t think they could make anything out of it. They must be great weavers to have it all hold together.
The kites have unusual eyes. They look quite big.

      New Hampshire Gardener,
Thank You. The Osprey can build on very little if they like the location. The kites eyes are wonderful if you catch them in the right light. They are not that big smaller than red tailed hawks.
