Record Warm Day For January

Seventy One Degrees. A record high for January. The first four pics are of a vessel that provides eagle tours on Kentucky Lake in conjunction with the state parks. The folks had a good day for a tour. Overcast skies pushed out and blue skies and sunshine moved in mid-morning. Everywhere I went people where out enjoying the pleasant winter day. I hope that your Sunday is as pleasant as a bit or warmth and sunshine we enjoyed this day…

  1. You’re lucky. We had 35 degrees and rain all day. That’s supposed to happen tomorrow and Tuesday too.
Nice shots of all the flying birds! It’s a good thing that eagle didn’t drop that branch!
That’s a great shot of the hawk too.

      New Hampshire Gardener,
We are lucky. Rain at 35 degrees is just plain uncomfortable. Thank You. Yes, the eagle flew right overhead, had not thought about if it dropped it. Only had it good with one talon. Thank You, makes you understand the saying “Hawk Eye”.
