The “Little Woman” sold a couple of her bucklings Friday. One couple that came by brought a bottle goat with them. It was wearing a sweater and a collar with bells. I think the bucklings will find their new home comfortable.
This is Toby a weather we keep on the farm. I liked the way the apple tree branches framed his face in this shot.
A potted tulip bulb my youngest daughter received for valentines day. Potted tulips a harbinger of spring. I am ready for spring blooms. The wild cherry trees are budding here. It won’t be long now and the smell of cut onions will fill the air as folks mow for the first time.
I’m in no hurry to start mowing but I can’t wait to smell cut grass again!
New Hampshire Gardener,
I don’t mind mowing if it is not one of those wet years when its never ending.
Is everyone okay, no new posts since Feb. 28. Happy anniversary.
Love Dean
